Architectural Committee

Exterior home improvements (such as changing exterior paint color, installing new roofing, putting on an addition, putting up a fence, or major landscaping changes) require advance approval from the architectural committee (AC).

See article 5 of the Hidden Lake covenants for the procedure to follow.

When in doubt, it’s best to ask the AC first!
